Sleep is wonderful. I slept 8,5 hours today, the average of the last week being more like 6,5. Lack of sleep fucks me up quite quickly and brings back many of the symptoms I had in the time of depression and insomnia. Becoming an early riser was a really good idea – I can fall asleep at a sane time at night, and the world is still tranquil and peaceful when I stand up. I like being awake when no one else is. As soon as its a little warmer I will start doing early morning cardio – going for a run every second or third day and walking the others. Through the woods, of course.
