So I didn’t get nicotine gum. For now. I did however get curcumin, again. I’ve been taking it just a few days, but I’m loving it already. Tried some other stuff too, metafolin (not sure, don’t think it does anything), zinc (I think its helpful, but I wonder why, I eat a boatload of meat) and ALCAR (helpful, but I’m careful this time around, last time it made me feel crappy after a few weeks, possibly related to this).
